The 25th Annual Big Game Battle delivered a weekend worthy of the milestone. After weather challenged the early part of tournament week, the fleet made the most of its time offshore with great fishing, strong competition, and another memorable gathering of the Big Game Battle family on Nantucket.
This year’s tournament brought together some of the best fishing teams on the East Coast for two days on the water, plenty of camaraderie back at the docks, and an incredible show of support for Jack’s Drive 55.

This year, the Big Game Battle family proudly came together in support of Jack’s Drive 55, an organization that has become especially meaningful to our community over the course of the 2026 season.
From our pre-tournament fundraising efforts through tournament week on Nantucket, our participants, sponsors, families, and supporters rallied behind the cause and helped make a meaningful difference.
We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who contributed, but our work isn’t quite finished. We’re still a little short of the fundraising goal we set for this year’s charity, and we’re asking the Big Game Battle family to help us close out our 25th anniversary with one final push.

What a way to celebrate 25 years of the Big Game Battle.
Despite the weather throwing us a few curveballs early in the week, everyone came together to make this year’s tournament one of the most memorable yet. Once the fleet got offshore, we saw great fishing, tremendous competition, and the camaraderie that has defined this tournament for a quarter century.
Most importantly, we came together behind Jack’s Drive 55 and continued the tradition of using the Big Game Battle to make a difference beyond the water.
We cannot thank our participants, sponsors, volunteers, families, Nantucket Boat Basin, and everyone who helped throughout the week enough. Whether you’ve been with us since the early years or joined the Big Game Battle family more recently, you are what makes this tournament so special.
